FAQs:

Q: I’m new to all this. Can I really contribute much?

A: We’re all new to this. Just jump in and you’ll find a supportive, friendly community of parents who care about the same things you do, and will help you become productive.

Q: I’m not a roboticist or jazzman or movie director! I’m just a boring ol’ attorney or editor or salesguy or whatever. What could I possibly add?

A: We’re building an organization that promotes advanced learning, but we’re building an organization. That takes a variety of skills. Are you a designer? An editor? A CPA? An event planner? MVGATE needs those skills, too.  Get onboard then gently show us amateurs How It’s Done. Use your skills to help MVGATE grow an awesome and sustainable organization.

Don’t have specialized skills? We need good, solid workers, too. We’re building a system where we ask you to kick in what you can, but also to take what you want.

Q: This sounds like that old story, “Stone Soup.”

A: Bingo. We bring a pot of hot water and a stone and a good story. You bring the carrots or onions or chicken or whatever it is that you’ve got. Or maybe you bring spoons and bowls. Maybe you’re just good at stirring. Then we all sit back and enjoy it with our kids.
